Find a Contractor (opens in a new tab)Property must be in the incorporated city of Pinole and the project must replace an existing natural gas range or cooktop. Up to $500 rebate; you must submit a Rebate Reservation Form and receive confirmation before completing the project, then file the Completed Project Form.
The property must be located in the incorporated city of Pinole.
The applicant must submit the Rebate Reservation Form and receive a confirmation email before completing the project and submitting the Completed Project Form.
The project must replace existing natural gas range or cooktop.
If the project involves adding an electrical outlet, the Completed Project Form requires a finaled building permit and itemized invoice from a licensed contractor as well as Proof of Appliance Purchase, photo of capped gas line, and date- and time-stamped photos of completed work. If the project does not involve adding an electrical outlet, the Completed Project Form requires Proof of Appliance Purchase, photo of capped gas line, and date- and time-stamped photos of completed work.

Project cannot have any active City of Pinole code enforcement violations. Project must be compliant with the City of Pinole's Sanitary Sewer Lateral Ordinance and Rental Inspection Program (rental units only). Prospective applicants who have a code enforcement violation or are not in compliance with the Sanitary Sewer Lateral Ordinance may submit an application so long as they can prove they are making a good faith effort to come into compliance.
