Rates: attic $1.75/sqft; walls & floors $2.50/sqft; air sealing $0.20/sqft; duct measures up to $1,250 per home.
ENERGY STAR whole-house ventilation is $50/unit for electric-heated homes; income-qualified rebates are available.
