50% off heat pump

Contra Costa County is offering rebates to cover up to 50% of the project cost (maximum of $8,000) for the installation of qualified electric heat pump heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in eligible single-family homes through the Bay Point/Pittsburg Energy Enhancement Pilot Program (Pilot Program). The first phase of the program is available starting on January 15, 2025, through June 30, 2025, or when funding runs out, whichever comes first. Funds for the Bay Point/Pittsburg Energy Enhancement Pilot Program are limited. Rebates will be paid out on a first-come, first-served basis through the online application.

To be eligible for the Pilot Program, properties must be located within the Keller Canyon Mitigation Fund Primary Target Area and meet specific property and project requirements listed on the Pilot Program webpage.
