About this incentive

Income‑qualified only; rebates range from $10,000 to $15,000.
Limited to projects for properties being rebuilt after the Jan 2025 Palisades, Hurst, Kenneth, Archer, and Sunset wildfires.
Must install fully all‑electric systems (electric‑only HVAC, water heating, cooking, and clothes drying; no natural gas).

Detailed description

Receive bundled incentives for building all-electric, must include electric only space heating and cooling (HVAC), water heating, cooking and clothes drying. All-electric is defined as electric-only systems no natural gas. HOME LA is currently limited to property owners rebuilding homes substantially damaged or destroyed by the January 2025 Palisades, Hurst, Kenneth, Archer and Sunset Wildfires. Program participation will be expanded as resources become available.
