About
About MIHAS HVAC
Mihas HVAC is a Bay Area HVAC company founded in 2025 after five years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. We specialize in residential heat pump installations, gas furnace replacements, air conditioning, ducted and ductless systems, water heaters, and energy-efficient electrification upgrades. As an owner-operated company, we focus on code-compliant installation, permitting coordination, clear communication, clean workmanship, and long-term customer support. We have strong experience replacing older gas equipment with efficient heat pump systems and helping homeowners improve comfort, reduce energy use, and move toward cleaner electric heating, cooling, and water heating solutions.
